Proper Posture as the word tells is the Good posture which can improve your health and body balance , not to mention your overall appearance. To maintain and improve your posture, your stance and position, sitting or even lying down at the same time you have to learn some techniques of proper postures. So we should understand its basic and ways to maintain it.

Understanding and practice of correct posture is very important to the prevention of musculoskeletal injury. Please keep in mind that you do not want to sit or stand in the same position all day. You should change positions frequently. Also, remember to take frequent rest and exercise.


Some of the tips that can help you improve the posture tips are as follows.

1- The first secret of the correct posture is ensure that you continue to monitor your breathing rate. We often forget to consider this factor and take the air sitting on a humpback shallow breathing too much.In order to obtain proper blood circulation, the whole day, you need proper breathing, the first step to do is maintain an appropriate position so that the effective work of your lungs can continue.

Proper Sitting Posture

1- foot rest, if your feet do not touch the floor comfortably.

You must maintain right posture for sleeping also. Sleep on your back with your feet directly under your knees or with a pillow. If you are willing to sleep on your side, keep your legs slightly bent and legs straight at the top of the bottom one. You can place a pillow between the legs in order to help achieve this goal.

Proper Walking Posture

1. Always keep your head up and eyes straight ahead.

2. Maintain your Shoulders Properly coordinated with other parts of the body.
Some guidelines while carrying Any Object

1-Always bend the knees, not waist.

2. Use of the legs and abdominal muscles to lift, rather than the waist.

3 When carrying heavy or large objects, maintain or keep it close the chest
